Main Objectives:

As a Partnership Development Manager for Europcar Mobility Group, you will be responsible for a portfolio of existing partnerships accounts and identifying new opportunities in the Iberian market (Spain and Portugal). This role requires sales and marketing skills, with a focus on developing and managing partnerships in various industries, including travel, loyalty programs, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the partnerships pipeline in the Iberian region.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing key accounts.
  • Elaborate market benchmark and competition watch on related segments.
  • Select strategic new partnerships in traditional segments and complementary business models.
  • Coordinate and follow up on projects in the framework of new partnership delivery.
  • Define and implement a marketing plan of promotions with key partners.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales and business development experience, with a deep understanding of e-commerce and digital environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international business development position.
  • Knowledge of the mobility and travel industry sector.
  • Fundamentals on revenue and capacity management.
  • Experience as an account manager for airlines and hotels players.
