We are a team of 120+ people from 13 nationalities operating in multiple European markets, and we are one of the fastest growing SaaS scale-ups.
Company OverviewWe are a tech company founded in 2021 with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Madrid and Milan. Our initial chapter was within whistleblowing compliance and meeting those regulations, but now we extended our expertise to a larger compliance universe including data compliance, risk and privacy.
We aspire to help our customers solve the technical and ethical issues of implementing a whistleblower solution as well as managing all the complexity within Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), e.g. for the DORA and the NIS2 regulations.
The OpportunityYou will be joining our team as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, responsible for defining and rolling out a new partner program including partner tiering, incentives, partner management and enablement.
Your role will initially focus on organising and growing our channel partners but other types of partnerships could be added in the future.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of a strategic partnership framework to support the company's growth objectives
- Develop and manage a structured program to support the diverse needs of our currently 500 partners
- Design and implement partner programs that incentivise sales, collaboration, and mutual success
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships
As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager at Formalize, you will enjoy a competitive salary of around €85,000 per year, plus company shares. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse team of professionals from 13 nationalities.

RequirementsTo succeed as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will need a minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management or business development, along with a proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships.
You should also have experience in SaaS or Tech companies, as well as the ability to inspire and lead a team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
