Strategic Partnership Manager

We're seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Blue Light Card. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our financial services partners and vendors. Your primary goal will be to ensure mutual success and drive the adoption of our products.
The Role
As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for financial services partners and vendors, managing relationships to ensure mutual success
- Collaborating with partners to execute joint marketing initiatives aimed at driving product adoption and member engagement
- Onboarding new partners, following-up on warm leads and negotiating contracts
- Supporting the product team in optimising existing financial services offerings, focusing on enhancing member value and driving adoption
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the function, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Gathering and analysing member feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts and enhance the overall member experience
- Acting as a point of escalation for member inquiries related to financial services products
Your Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone with previous experience in account management or business operations within the financial services industry. You should have a proven track record of negotiating commercial contracts with highly regulated industries, as well as experience in supporting product initiatives and collaborating with product teams.
