Key Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced partner managers to join our team. The Partner Manager will own and manage business relationships with key and general technology partners, ensuring successful execution of marketing activities and strategic plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of named partners within our Technology Partnership team
  • Developing plans to enhance these partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition
  • Enabling and supporting the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners, and other internal teams

Requirements

Successful partner managers have a strong understanding of partner needs and the overall market we operate within. They must also have a good understanding of our product and be able to communicate and understand technical concepts in conjunction with business value.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Individuals knowledgeable about best practices in relationship management, integration, and workflow technology, and SaaS business models
  • Proactive, analytical, collaborative, and strong communication skills
  • 1 to 3 years of experience within an external facing (sales or partnerships) discipline, or 3-5 years of work experience in a customer-facing role of a technical nature
