Partnership Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Europcar Maroc. As a Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with key accounts in the Iberian market, focusing on the travel industry, including airlines, railways, and hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the partnerships pipeline in the Iberia region, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Elaborate market benchmarks and competition watch on related segments, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Select strategic new partnerships in traditional segments and in other complementary business models, coordinating and following up on projects to deliver new partnership opportunities.
- Define and implement a marketing plan of promotions with key partners, creating promotional content and visual assets to promote through partner CRM tools, driving more traffic and bookings.
Requirements:
- Previous sales and business development experience, with a deep understanding of the e-commerce/digital environment.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in an international business development position, with knowledge of the Mobility and Travel industry sector.
- Experience as an account manager for airlines and hotel players, with expertise in digital tools and basic IT knowledge.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with Portuguese language an asset and another European language an option.
