About the Role
We seek a collaborative, knowledgeable, passionate and impactful Lead Qualification Strategist to join our pan-European Sales team based in Madrid. This is a brand new role in which you play a crucial part in driving our sales process by leading the pre-sales team.
You will establish best practices and unlock tremendous business value in supporting the sales team in securing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Pre-Sales team for Otovo's 13 markets
- Developing pre-sales tactics and processes in alignment with overall sales and business objectives
- Establishing, training and coaching of our Pre-Sales Team
- Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and performance metrics
- Collaborating with Lead Qualifiers to engage with prospective customers during the pre-sales process
- Working closely with local Sales & Marketing teams across Europe and customers to understand their needs and requirements
About You
You have proven experience in leading Sales Teams, preferably pre-sales or technical sales representatives. We offer a competitive salary of €90,000 per year, benefits including health insurance and a pension plan, and the opportunity to be part of a revolutionary company in the renewable energy industry.
