Lead Generation Expert

At LatamCent, we are seeking an experienced SaaS Lead Generation Strategist to support our team in identifying, engaging, and converting potential B2B SaaS clients.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, requiring 2 hours of work per day, focusing on building effective lead-generation strategies using tools like Clay.com, Apollo, LinkedIn, Hubspot, SmartLead, and other Outbound Tools. You will be tasked with creating cold outbound messaging, A/B Testing messaging, and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Responsibilities:
  • Launch One Campaign a Day Using Clay and Smartlead
  • Create and execute cold outbound strategies and messaging, improving engagement and conversion
  • Utilize lead generation platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot to identify and track potential leads
  • Coordinate with our sales and recruitment teams to align messaging and ensure lead quality
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize outreach efforts
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, specifically for B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong working knowledge of Clay dot com (At least 3 months experience with Clay)
  • 1+ Year of Experience with Apollo/Hubspot
  • C1+ level English proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Proven success in developing ICPs and cold outreach messaging
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
