Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Performance Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in pipeline generation, qualification, and execution, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution across multiple platforms
- Gathering prospect requirements and tailoring product positioning and demonstrations to fit needs
- Developing and executing channel and partner strategy programs to drive incremental revenue growth
- Handling deals end-to-end, from commercialization to negotiation and procurement
- Identifying key customer feedback and reporting back to Product and Marketing teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a lead sales executive in the fintech sector, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with other languages being a plus
- Proven ability to operate independently in a territory with remote support
- Tech-savviness and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to sales and business development
- Familiarity with Blockchain technology is an advantage
The successful candidate can expect a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary, equity (Galaxy Company Shares), and commission structure.
