Job Description: The Commercial Sales Excellence Lead works closely with the Head of Channels, EMEA to support the channel sales organization. The general goal is to optimize the sales process and drive revenue growth. This role involves providing analytical insights, managing sales data, and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of the Annual operation plan within Commercial.
- Working closely with Head of Channels to set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Creating reports, presentations, and dashboards to monitor sales performance.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics, including revenue, sales, and market share.
- Maintaining compliance with guidelines (KPIs, Funnel hygiene).
- Supporting the preparation and implementation of Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in sales processes.
- Assisting in the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Providing training and educational materials to the channel sales team.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or business process optimization, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of sales processes and practices.
