**Salary:** 35,000 - 45,000 euros per year (depending on experience)

**Job Description:

Sales Generation
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales figures daily to inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish daily objectives during morning meetings to drive team momentum.
  • Exemplify excellence in sales engagement processes, motivating the team to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Operations:

  • Implement comprehensive knowledge of Store Operation procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including stock management and cashier functions.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and overall maintenance.

**Visual Merchandising:

  • Consistently maintain visual guidelines and presentation standards.
  • Set an example regarding presentation standards and personal grooming.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Brand representation expectations (uniform policy, grooming standards).

**People Development:

  • Manage Performance: Regularly assess performance against specific daily/monthly benchmarks (sales, customer data capture, product knowledge).
  • Cultivate a team environment that promotes collaboration and initiative-taking.
  • Value/reward performance and manage under-performance with constant feedback.
