**Job Description:
Sales Generation- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales figures daily to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish daily objectives during morning meetings to drive team momentum.
- Exemplify excellence in sales engagement processes, motivating the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
**Operations:
- Implement comprehensive knowledge of Store Operation procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including stock management and cashier functions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and overall maintenance.
**Visual Merchandising:
- Consistently maintain visual guidelines and presentation standards.
- Set an example regarding presentation standards and personal grooming.
- Ensure the team adheres to Brand representation expectations (uniform policy, grooming standards).
**People Development:
- Manage Performance: Regularly assess performance against specific daily/monthly benchmarks (sales, customer data capture, product knowledge).
- Cultivate a team environment that promotes collaboration and initiative-taking.
- Value/reward performance and manage under-performance with constant feedback.
