Sales and Client Management Team Lead

As a Sales and Client Management Team Lead, you'll play a key part in driving our growth and success. With your exceptional leadership skills, passion for sales and client management, and experience in team management, you'll help us deliver thought leadership and challenge conventional thinking to achieve our annual targets by promoting AMEX acceptance to merchants across assigned markets.
Main Responsibilities
• Assess, align, and successfully implement client management and sales strategy to meet business objectives.
• Lead leaders to recruit, build, develop, and shape your own Sales and Client Management Teams to achieve sales targets.
• Organize and motivate the team to grow the AMEX acceptance network in assigned markets and/or merchant portfolios, maximizing performance and sales driven results.
• Create and foster a high-performance environment that supports the implementation of new campaigns and initiatives to achieve sales targets in alignment with French and Benelux markets and OPC strategies.
• Be part of the OPC leadership team, driving strategic initiatives and supporting the growth of our business.
Qualifications
• Ambitious, driven, and communicative, with a proven track record in team management and sales/client management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to build and leverage relationships with external and internal clients.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Native or fluent level of French written and spoken, with fluency in Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Salesforce, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Passionate about sales and client management, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
