Our Mission
We are looking for a proven, passionate, strategic sales leader to work within our Customer Success Group (CSG) as a Professional Services (PS) Sales Leader for Iberia within our EMEA South region. Based from Spain, this individual will lead a team of Professional Services (PS) sellers who cover our Iberia region, ensuring bookings and high revenue growth.

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver with outstanding strategic, enterprise, commercial, and cross-functional skills, demonstrating high energy, and have strong sales management experience. This individual will also be a valuable contributor to the CSG PS Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) and product strategies, sharing customer insights and perspectives and aligning with Salesforce corporate objectives.

Main Responsibilities
The primary measurement of success for this role will be YOY growth in overall services bookings and revenue. Key performance indicators will include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the Iberia region.
  • Lead and manage a team of Professional Services (PS) sellers to achieve sales targets and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies and approaches.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a professional services or software sales environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension plan, and generous paid time off.
