Job Description
As a Professional Services (PS) Sales Leader for Iberia within our EMEA South region, you will lead a team of skilled sales professionals who deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for exceeding organizational growth and bookings targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Exceed annual growth and bookings targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Lead and develop teams of qualified Account Partners and Business Managers to build long-lasting customer relationships and drive business value
• Engage at the C-Level with customers, focusing on consultative selling opportunities and delivering tailored solutions
• Collaborate with License Sales and Alliances/Partner organizations to drive pipeline growth and success
• Lead and mentor direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career development

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong strategic, enterprise, commercial, and cross-functional skills, with a proven track record of sales leadership and team management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. A deep understanding of the sales process, combined with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity, will enable you to drive business growth and success in this exciting role.

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between €80,000 and €120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure includes a base salary and additional performance-based incentives.
