Strategic Sales Leader for Iberia Professional Services

As a strategic sales leader within our Customer Success Group (CSG), you will lead a team of professional services sellers covering the Iberia region from Spain. Your goal is to ensure bookings and high revenue growth while maintaining positive relationships with internal peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed growth and bookings targets, ensuring organizational health and customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop teams to build long-lasting customer relationships and deliver customer business value
- Engage at the C-Level with customers, focusing on consultative selling opportunities
- Build relationships with License Sales and Alliances/Partner organizations for success and pipeline building
- Lead and mentor direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning/development
Requirements:
- A proven, passionate, strategic sales leader with strong sales management experience
- Outstanding strategic, enterprise, commercial, and cross-functional skills
- Strong sales management experience, leading teams to meet client needs
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of approximately €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
