At Salesforce, we're redefining the future of business with AI, Data, and CRM. We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our Customer Success Group (CSG) as a Professional Services (PS) Sales Leader for Iberia within our EMEA South region.

About the Role

This leadership position will be based in Spain, where you'll oversee a team of Professional Services (PS) sellers covering the Iberia region. Your primary goal is to drive bookings and revenue growth through strategic problem-solving, outstanding commercial skills, and strong cross-functional abilities. You'll collaborate closely with our CSG PS Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) and product strategies teams, sharing valuable customer insights and aligning with Salesforce's corporate objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Exceed overall growth targets while ensuring organizational health and high customer satisfaction levels
  • Lead and develop teams of Account Partners and Business Managers to build lasting customer relationships and deliver business value
  • Foster consultative selling opportunities at the C-Level with customers, focusing on strategic partnerships and pipeline development
  • Maintain positive relationships with License Sales and Alliances/Partner organizations essential to success and pipeline growth
  • Guide direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning
  • Cultivate a healthy partner ecosystem to drive sales, technology adoption, and successful deployment of Salesforce
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of leading teams in a technology sales environment
  • 5+ years of sales management and consultative selling experience
  • A history of consistently over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in similar enterprise software application organizations
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Prior knowledge of CRM solutions or a passion to learn

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is €120,000, plus benefits including well-being reimbursement, parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more.
