Moodle, the world's most popular learning platform, is on a mission to empower educators worldwide. As a result, we're seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive our global services delivery strategy and operations.

About This Role

This 'work from anywhere' position forms part of our Commercial division's senior leadership team and is crucial to Moodle's ongoing success. You will lead a global Services Delivery team across Custom Development, Learning Design, Customer Success, and Infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for design and build of new Moodle Services
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients to deliver world-class customer service
  • Managing financial aspects, including budget and forecast setting, cost and revenue management

We are looking for someone who can provide effective leadership for our US and India-based teams. You must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within budget and on time, as well as experience in developing strategic business plans and leading complex Services Delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to execution. A passion for helping Moodle advance its mission is essential.
