About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Colorado. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers and leveraging your network in the region to uncover new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise businesses
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor landscape to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success

What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in driving effective sales practices in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the video conferencing industry and experience with scaling a fast-growth technology business
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Ability to design and implement effective sales processes and strategies
