Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives that align with market needs and group objectives
  • Analyze trends and opportunities for sales improvement
  • Prepare compelling presentations for stakeholders
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports, including target dealer identification and volume target setting
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis
  • Drive sales process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives
Requirements
  • 1–4 years of experience in the automotive industry or a high-growth technology company
  • Bachelor's degree in business studies or related fields
  • Experience with SQL, G Sheets, and other tools for data manipulation and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools, e.g. Tableau
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • English is mandatory; knowing one language from Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, Romanian, or Dutch is a plus
  • Consulting/Investment Banking or Sales Operations experience is a plus
  • Previous CRM experience is a plus
