Senior Sales Performance Manager

- Develop and implement sales initiatives that align with market needs and group objectives
- Analyze trends and opportunities for sales improvement
- Prepare compelling presentations for stakeholders
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports, including target dealer identification and volume target setting
- Conduct in-depth market analysis
- Drive sales process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives
- 1–4 years of experience in the automotive industry or a high-growth technology company
- Bachelor's degree in business studies or related fields
- Experience with SQL, G Sheets, and other tools for data manipulation and analysis
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools, e.g. Tableau
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- English is mandatory; knowing one language from Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, Romanian, or Dutch is a plus
- Consulting/Investment Banking or Sales Operations experience is a plus
- Previous CRM experience is a plus
- Flexible working hours
- 28 days vacation (30 after one year)
