We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Convera, the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and contacting new prospects to determine their requirements and arrange qualified appointments for our Senior Business Development Managers.

About the Role:
  • You will be working closely with our Senior Business Development Managers to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Directly prospect new opportunities by using sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue and appointment setting targets.
  • Work closely with the Senior Business Development Managers, Industry leads, and Head of Sales to prospect new and existing contacts.
Requirements:
  • Similar experience in a sales role, ideally accustomed to making outbound calls.
  • Prior experience in Foreign Exchange is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Catalan is required.
  • Financial services experience is ideal.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools such as Salesforce is advantageous.
  • A professional telephone manner.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive monthly gross salary of €42,000 - €60,000 per month based on performance, plus a bonus scheme.
