Sales Performance Manager

Job Overview: As a Sales Performance Manager at Recruitment Apple Lovers, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. This exciting opportunity is based in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, with the option to work remotely within Ireland or hybrid in Dublin.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience, skills, and performance. A comprehensive remuneration package based on these factors is offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, leveraging resources for each stage and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
- Implement established processes, develop creative solutions, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Promote awareness and interest in our clients' value proposition, clearly communicate technical and business value propositions, and build strong relationships with prospects.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape, develop strategies to outperform competitors, and take responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or building business partnerships.
- Native or fluent French (C1 level) with strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Experience in online brokers, online marketplaces, IT services, or the SaaS industry is an advantage.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to research and identify potential new customers efficiently.
- Proactive and self-motivated, adaptable to shifting priorities, and able to juggle multiple communications and follow-ups effectively.
