We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our Asian team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Furniture Manufacturing Industry. This is a full-time, contractor position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

You will join a sales team located in Asia and take responsibility for our sales activities in Western Europe and (possibly) Northern Europe. Sales Role:

This role involves detecting new potential partners, helping them improve their skills so that they can be part of our core sales network. You will sell our organization's products or services to and maintain relationships with existing accounts, responsible for expanding and retaining enterprise accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service. Your key objectives include reporting on your actions taken and results obtained, identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities, and pro-actively addressing competitive threats. You will also prepare formal proposals and presentations, present to all levels of the organization, lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and close sales in a professional and effective manner. Additionally, you will assume a leadership role in coordinating account strategy and tactics for sales support teams, including Systems Engineering, Sales Operations, Services, and Sales Management.

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
