Marketing Director for Iberian and LATAM Markets

Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team in the Iberian and LATAM markets. This role will focus on building and executing successful field marketing programs with our Sales teams, supporting revenue growth and pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales strategy
- Partner with the Marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns, adapting messaging and campaigns for execution in the market
- Collaborate with local Sales teams to build repeatable pipeline and drive business growth
- Analyze results, metrics, and report on the effectiveness and performance of program activities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of experience in high-technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS
- Native Spanish speaker with expertise in marketing to Spanish-speaking audiences
- Expertise in the Iberian and LATAM SMB markets, with knowledge of market trends and customer needs
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce, or similar marketing automation tools
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
