Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and shape a growing regional business with significant market potential. As Regional Managing Director for the LATAM office, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies aligned with corporate goals to enhance market presence in the forex industry. You will monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes within the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership position within the forex industry, with a specific focus on the LATAM region. You must have a strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory environments in LATAM, as well as a proven track record of driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and proficiency in additional languages spoken in the LATAM region is a plus. In-depth familiarity with the local business culture and regulatory landscapes in key LATAM markets, including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay, is also essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market conditions, are highly valued.
