Altios, a global leader in design, manufacturing, and solutions supply in smart measurement, is seeking an experienced Global Sales Director to lead its expansion in the LATAM and Caribbean markets. With over 120 years of experience, we have a wide range of solutions based on data, IoT connectivity software, and smart measurement that contribute to higher efficiency, sustainability, and responsibility for water and energy management.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Global Sales Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with our overall business objectives and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to increase market presence and positioning in LATAM and the Caribbean.
  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals.
  • BUILDING strong relationships with key clients and understanding their needs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Continuously improving the sales process to increase efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with the industry or market in which Altios operates.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, depending on the company's target market.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus benefits and a bonus structure. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of a global company.
