Job Title: Regional Director for Business Expansion in LATAM

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Leader to spearhead our expansion initiatives within the LATAM region. As a pivotal member of our team, you will drive growth, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment with our company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Maintain a keen eye on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.\r
  4. Pursue revenue growth by acquiring new clients and deepening connections with existing ones, driving business development through innovative partnerships.\r
  5. Establish smooth, efficient, and regulatory-compliant processes in the region, managing day-to-day operations effectively.\r
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesion with our global goals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and drive.\r

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Deep understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements in LATAM.\r
  • Proven success in driving business growth, meeting financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions.\r
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.\r
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; additional languages spoken in the LATAM region are a plus.\r
  • Strong knowledge of local business practices and regulatory environments in major LATAM markets, including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay.\r
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adjust strategies based on market dynamics.\r
