Job Overview
Altios is seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Strategist to lead our sales efforts in LATAM and the Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key clients.

Job Description
The successful candidate will report directly to the International Sales Director and be responsible for increasing the presence and positioning of the company in the LATAM markets. The role requires 100% remote work from Querétaro, Mexico.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team and technical team.
- Develop sales plans, set targets, and forecast sales volumes to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with the industry or market in which the company operates can be advantageous.
- Experience in project management methodologies is required.
- Proficiency in English (advanced or native) and Spanish (mandatory). Portuguese is a highly recommended language skill.

Salary
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
