About the RoleWe seek a collaborative, knowledgeable, passionate, and impactful Head of Lead Qualification Europe to lead our pan-European Pre-Sales team. This is a brand new role where you will play a crucial part in driving our sales process by developing pre-sales tactics and processes in alignment with our overall sales and business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the Pre-Sales team for Otovo's 13 markets, setting objectives, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the team operates effectively to achieve targets. You will also develop customized solutions or proposals that meet the needs and requirements of our customers.
Candidates with proven experience in leading sales teams, preferably pre-sales or technical sales representatives, are encouraged to apply. We offer an estimated salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, and a competitive benefits package.
