**Company Overview:** Our Client, a leading clean energy solution provider, specializes in module-level inverters and storage systems. Their products cater to residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications, aiming to make smart solar energy accessible to everyone.
**Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth in the South European region.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead a team of national sales professionals, ensuring they have excellent skills and knowledge to contribute to the company's success.
**Key Requirements:*
- Fluent in Chinese language.
- At least 6 years of successful sales experience in photovoltaic inverters and home energy storage systems.
- Deep understanding and experience in distribution models.
- Effective management of international teams.
**Estimated Salary:** €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
