Sungrow, a global leader in solar energy solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Solar Energy Sales Operations Manager to join our team. With over 500GW of clean power installed worldwide, we are committed to making a sustainable impact on the planet.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus payments based on pre-agreed KPIs. As a Solar Energy Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize delivery growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices to drive business growth
  • Support the sales team in managing sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate project delivery
  • Optimize sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Manage Sinosure and local credit insurance, controlling payment risk of shipments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, with a strong focus on Letter of Credit and diverse bonds management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and project management would be highly appreciated
