Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Manager to oversee customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, maintaining regular communication, and collaborating with operations and sales teams to identify new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solar energy solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely updates and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
About the Job

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €50,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to industry-leading training and development opportunities.
