Otovo is revolutionizing the renewable energy industry, and we're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid.
As a leading player in the solar panel and battery market, we're committed to making sustainable energy accessible to every European home.
Our mission is clear: to create the easiest and most affordable way for consumers to go solar, while connecting them with installer companies through our marketplace.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Spain's roofs are gradually fitted with solar panels, guiding our customers through the sales process, and providing excellent customer service.

Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to drive the green energy transition forward in Spain. You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and presenting the benefits of our solar panel solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

Responsibilities
  • Sell solar systems to our customers (B2C)
  • Develop a sales strategy based on highly qualified customer contacts generated online
  • Present the advantages of the Otovo product portfolio clearly and convincingly
  • Identify customers' needs and wishes and close the sale
  • Develop measures that lead to an increase in business
What We Offer

We're offering a competitive salary package of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible work arrangements, comprehensive training, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, acquisition or customer service
  • Clear and convincing communication skills; engaging manner
  • A 'closing mentality' in sales; curiosity and ability to quickly familiarize with new topics
