Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in South Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales territory, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage sales territory and sell NORIT products to generate target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from the customer base.
- Develop volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans, and strategies for achieving desired results.
- Drive both current and future value for NORIT by building a shared understanding of individual customer and overall portfolio profitability, focusing on where NORIT can differentiate itself at the interface with the customer.
- Educate customers on new products and product enhancements, articulating and presenting product features and benefits.
- Identify new market opportunities and target builds; seek out competitive information.
- Establish and maintain processes that ensure accurate budget and forecast information for the business.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field of science.
- Previous experience with activated carbon, filtration and purification technologies, food additives, or water treatment or working for a distributor is preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in sales.
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Results-driven and business-savvy professional who is able to recognize new business opportunities.
Estimated Salary:
Ranging between €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
