At Profoto, we are dedicated to helping the world's top photographers achieve stunning results by delivering innovative light-shaping technology. As a leader in this field, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Development Manager for Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly sales targets in the Iberian market by promoting Profoto products, growing and developing identified accounts, and creating new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with B2B dealers and end customers to generate sales, ensure successful product launches and campaigns, and maximize ROI with allocated marketing budgets.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts and cooperation partners, conduct co-visits with dealers to B2B accounts, and participate in European events and meetings.
Main Areas of Responsibility
  • Business development in the Iberian region, managing accounts in a multi-channel environment, and forecasting and reporting sales on a quarterly basis.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a multi-channel sales environment, with proven experience in both direct and indirect sales/marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish at a native level is mandatory, and Portuguese or Catalan are a plus.
  • Ability to work and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment, with strong negotiation skills and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
