Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Manager for Spain, you will be responsible for managing the overall customer sales and channel activities in Spain to achieve revenue growth and profit objectives. You will work within the European sales organization and be responsible for developing channels to ensure market penetration, segment growth, customer support, project winning, and new customer acquisition to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop business development activities to ensure market penetration and segment growth.
• Visit clients and engage in the design process to obtain specifications in large commercial and industrial projects.
• Provide complete service to establish distributor/Reps network including quotations, product training, technical and literacy support.
• Identify significant bid opportunities and provide complete project information, including price strategy.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years design, sales or service experience in the HVAC system knowledge is essential.
• University degree or college diploma in mechanical engineering would be ideal but not required.
• Strong experience in the pump industry, commercial building sector and a good all-round knowledge of industry dynamic is required.
• Value & Solution Selling is a mandatory skill.
• CRM knowledge and utilization is mandatory.
• Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Language fluency Spanish, Catalan and in English, written and spoken is a requirement. French, Portuguese or Italian will be a plus.
