Regional Sales Manager - Valencia Our sales team is looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Valencia. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a highly qualified team to achieve the objectives set by the Company with a strong focus on people. Your objective is to maximize synergies between various specialties and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, particularly between Ambassadors and Specialists. Responsibilities Represent the management in your region for all business lines. Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets by monitoring KPIs set by management. Follow up on implementation of actions taken by sales teams. Maximize growth of assigned region. Coordinate implementation of sales strategy in your region. Collaborate in definition of qualitative and quantitative objectives of sales team. Manage the team. Promote sale of all business lines to all customers, coordinating your teams. Implement training and marketing activities plan for your region. Maintain permanent contact with opinion leaders in the area. Ensure coordination between Ambassadors and Specialists assigned to your area. Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a university education, preferably in technical-health areas or health sciences. A medium to high level of English proficiency is essential. At least three years of experience in sales and management of sales teams is required. A high level of integrity and personal and professional ethics is also necessary.
