We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Regional Sales Executive to join our team in North East Spain. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading industry player while developing your skills in strategic sales and business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with local clients in the Beauty/Spa and Medical sectors, providing them with expert product knowledge and tailored business solutions to drive revenue growth. They will also focus on selling Hydrafacial consumable products to meet sales targets within their defined territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Growing existing customer business through effective account management, adhering to a regular schedule of meetings based on client tier status.
  • Helping clients understand how to effectively position the Hydrafacial treatment within their practices and businesses, ensuring maximum device usage and increased ordering of consumables.
  • Driving additional device purchases (second systems/trade-ups) within the current customer base.
  • Developing customized business plans for each account to drive growth through strategic positioning, menu planning, marketing tools, and resources.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and business development, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the beauty and spa industry, as well as experience working with medical professionals.

Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 per annum

This is a full-time position based in North East Spain, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth and development.
