Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Global Sales Director to lead our international sales team and drive growth in the luxury segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective global sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and negotiating agreements with partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive global sales plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead and motivate the international sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients in the luxury segment
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Report on sales results to senior management and provide actionable insights for future growth

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as Regional or Global Director of Sales, or Director of Sales for multi-properties within the luxury hospitality industry
- International experience and a strong understanding of global markets and trends
- Experience in managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a solid customer service attitude
