About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our new team covering regional sales operations. You will be responsible for signing new deals, growing and maintaining our business client base, driving growth of Boxbar sales in target markets through strategic partnerships, and managing a portfolio of clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Drive new business growth within key markets and industry sectors
- Arrange and attend meetings with senior prospects, making C-Level presentations, drafting proposals, and contract documents
- Network within the industry, attending events and conferences
- Negotiate deals and close contract sales on a timely basis
- Liaise with internal teams, including operations, marketing, tech, and finance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience in the events or hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to meet/exceed targets and drive growth
- Familiarity with Boxbar Tech's products and services
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
