About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Commission Framework Manager to join our dynamic team in Sinch. This role will be responsible for designing and optimizing sales commissioning processes from quota setting to commission pay-out. As a member of our Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team, you will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely sales commission calculations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our sales commission framework, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize sales commissioning E2E processes from quota setting to commission pay-out.
- Partner with regional RevOps and FP&A teams to harmonize and create frameworks around sales commissions.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales commission calculations, reporting on performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in sales commission management, FP&A, or Revenue Operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related areas.
- Strong project management, analytical skills, and experience with sales compensation and commission principles.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
