Job Description

Calibre Global Consulting is expanding and seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our team in Scandinavia.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in sales and engineering to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the energy market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in Scandinavia.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of the High Voltage Transmission and Distribution power grid market.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working for a TSO (Transmission System Operator) or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration with a technical focus.
  • Proficiency in English and Finnish languages.

We offer a highly competitive salary, commission structure, and car allowance, as well as remote and international travel opportunities.

Estimated Salary Range:

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary range for this position is 80,000 - 120,000 EUR per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
