Kimberly-Clark, a leader in the consumer goods industry for over 150 years, is seeking an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain.
Job Description
We're looking for a results-driven professional to manage and grow our business in the Iberia region. As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to optimize sales and drive growth for our iconic brands, including Kleenex, Huggies, and Scottex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute country commercial policy and marketing strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships and negotiate agreements with key customers.
- Monitor execution by customer of reached agreements and identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of commercial strategies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in commercial management and sales development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Spanish market and culture.
Benefits:

Location:
This role is based in Madrid, Spain, and requires regular travel to other locations within the Iberia region. We offer a hybrid model that allows for remote work and flexibility.
