Commercial Network Development Manager for Iberia Region

Experience a new level of growth and development as a Commercial Network Development Manager for the Iberia region at InPost España. We are looking for someone who can effectively oversee our independent landlord network and support the expansion of new points of delivery (APMs) in Madrid. If you have a results-driven mindset, strong influencing and negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all escalations from our independent landlord portfolio, ensuring timely responses and fast resolutions that drive high customer satisfaction
- Resolving day-to-day operational issues preventing successful delivery or collection of parcels
- Sharing feedback and insights across the Iberia Network team to refine strategies for independent partners
- Conducting thorough analysis of queries to assess contract compliance and applying penalties when necessary
- Collaborating closely with Customer Support, Deployment, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve the management of independent partner queries
- Proactively finding solutions with independent partners to mitigate additional InPost costs, such as locker removals
- Supporting the expansion of new APMs by identifying opportunities and contributing to the strategic growth of the network
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting progress to the Head of Account Management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience in building and developing client relationships, especially with SMBs
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills; you can effectively communicate the value proposition to key stakeholders
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment, is accountable, and has excellent communication skills
- Agile and responsive with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple opportunities while driving execution
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills, and a constant drive to improve efficiencies

- Exceptional attention to detail to identify data inconsistencies and gaps, and the ability to rectify them
- Confidence in using reporting systems, databases, and CRM tools (experience with Gainsight or similar platforms is a plus)
Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience
