About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing regional customers and driving business growth in the Iberia region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to optimize and grow each category in a sustainable way.
- Manage customer plans and identify opportunities for category growth.
- Negotiate with customers and coordinate with internal functions to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor competition activities and suggest counteracting measures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Spanish market and culture.
Benefits
