The Role:

We're seeking a skilled Licensing Business Development Manager to join our global team. As a key member, you'll support the Business Development team in managing and expanding our network of partners globally. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue licensing opportunities with leading global organizations and institutions to enhance Fever's market presence worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential licensing partners, maintaining strong relationships and engagement throughout the licensing partnership lifecycle.
  • Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the company's strategic goals and compliance standards.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the licensing landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to support licensing initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or similar fields, with high achievement results.
  • 4-8 years of work experience in licensing or at top consultancy firms.
  • Natural commercial abilities with an affinity for proactive reach-out, sales strategy, and negotiation.
  • Experience with presentations, storytelling, and top-down communication.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
