Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role will be to support the Business Development team in managing and expanding our network of partners globally. This will involve identifying and pursuing licensing opportunities with leading global organizations and institutions, as well as supporting senior management in their commercial discussions and efforts to expand Fever's portfolio of IPs worldwide.

In this role, you will develop and manage a pipeline of potential licensing partners, maintaining strong relationships and engagement throughout the licensing partnership lifecycle. You will also conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the licensing landscape.

Your key responsibilities will include negotiating and finalizing licensing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Fever's strategic goals and compliance standards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support licensing initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of work experience in licensing or at top consultancy firms
  • Natural commercial abilities with affinity for proactive reach-out, sales strategy, and negotiation
  • Experience with presentations, storytelling, and top-down communication
  • Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Good interpersonal communication skills (internal and external stakeholders)
