Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to join our international Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you'll act as a bridge between our business and global markets, driving strategy and evolution towards becoming the leading global platform for Healthy Eating, Simplified.

Responsibilities
• Steer market-facing activities to deliver value to users and drive business revenue
• Demonstrate expert understanding of the Lifesum experience and customer, as well as the nutrition and wellbeing industries
• Communicate the company's mission and vision to various audiences, including internal stakeholders and external partners
• Develop relationships with existing business partners to bring new growth opportunities
• Collaborate with product, technology, and finance teams to create standardized processes and best practices for external partner work
• Identify industry trends for new opportunities
• Develop effective sales and marketing proposals for Lifesum for Work
• Ensure enterprise customers are set up for success and iterate to improve program results
• Provide expert analysis and insight to current customers for future revenue opportunities
• Formulate and implement account management plans to meet commercial goals
• Provide outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or commercial roles
• Successful track record in high-growth businesses, with nutrition and healthcare experience a plus
• Expertise in identifying, developing, and closing partnerships with global Fortune 500 companies
• World-class relationship skills with evidence of successful partner activity
• Successful track record in sales and business development, including lead generation, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Numerate and data literate, with experience using tools like spreadsheets, data visualization, and sales CRM
• Ability to negotiate complex contracts in diverse global markets
• Bachelor's degree in business, with excellent presentation and writing skills in English; Swedish and/or German a plus
