Job Title: Business Development Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our Sales team at Translate Plus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and other means.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in the LSP industry, with a focus on business development and sales.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
