Business Development Director

Parexel is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling clinical trial solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and leverage new business opportunities within specified customer accounts
  • Analyze and prioritize potential opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
  • Lead proposal strategy and development in collaboration with Business Operations
  • Work with Solutions Consultant and Finance to agree on pricing strategy
  • Educate team participants on customer culture, operational needs, and sales techniques
  • Adapt successful strategies and tactics to meet market demands and financial targets
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of commercial CRO experience selling clinical trial solutions
  • Experience in selling to Biotech clients in Europe is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
