We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Tlc Worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with blue-chip clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and brand managers at all levels
- Craft innovative solutions to drive measurable results and exceed client expectations
- Work closely with our marketing, creative, and account management colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Proven B2B sales experience in marketing, advertising, or customer engagement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing/advertising principles
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach and passion for networking and building relationships
