Job Title: Business Development Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our Sales team at Translate Plus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in the LSP industry, with a proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to negotiate complex deals and close business.
